Apartment rates are per day and for 4 people. If you wish to spend with us more or less than a week or you are more or less than 4 people, please require a personal rates to Giorgio

Stay: the price include swimming pool, private parking in closed independent garden with electrical gate, complete supply with change weekly of the bed linen and towels for bath and kitchen, electricity, full equipped kitchen and gas consumption from kitchen, hot and cold water, heating, air conditioning, final cleaning and tax. The price not include firewood and charcoal for barbecue. The owner speak Italian, English and Spanish and are ready to help the guest before and during their stay.
